EXPERIENCE
Mr. Brasfield provides experience in a range of environmental risk management projects. This experience includes all aspects of fieldwork, data compilation and evaluation, drafting of appropriate maps and figures, background and historical research, and report writing.
Mr. Brasfield has developed a productive relationship with regional regulatory agencies; which facilitates efficient environmental risk management for the clients.
Mr. Brasfield has extensive experience with environmental assessments of real property transactions. He has performed or been involved with over 1,500 Environmental Assessments, with a specific emphasis on evaluating environmental risks for entities involved in real estate transactions.
In addition, Mr. Brasfield’s overall field experience includes asbestos surveys, lead-based paint surveys, Title V air permitting applications, indoor air quality studies, subsurface investigations, and property condition assessments. Mr. Brasfield has developed a good working understanding of the application of Federal and State regulations to real property.
